Freight Line Track at the Northwest of Tajima Crossing

At the bottom of this photo, I see an object blocking the track on the right side. The track should be inactive. The yellow vehicle ahead is abandoned?

 

There is no blocker on the next track, but weeds growing on the track may mean it is also inactive.

 

The object with roof at the left edge of this photo is the platform of Hama-kawasaki Station of Nanbu Branch Line.
