Tokyu 8500 Series Train and Traffic Jam at Tama-Plaza Station 8

A car on the left side of the road is blocked by the line of cars. There is an exit from a parking at that spot. Cars going out of a parking blocked by cars going into it? It does not sound good. Re-designing the layout may be good idea, perhaps.
