Power Line Tower near Tokyu Toyoko Line Toritsu-daigaku Station

This photo was taken at the top of the slope shown in “Slope along Tokyu Toyoko Line Track.”

 

Tokyu Corporation has Kakinoki-zaka Electrical Substation beside Toyoko Line track here. I think those lines provide power to Toyoko Line. It seems that the tower’s height was decided so that people or cars on this road would not be too close to the power line.
