Tokyo Metro 7000 Series at Railroad Crossing at the North of Jiyu-ga-oka Station 2

The line is painted with brown, yellow and white. Brown means Fuku-toshin Line, and yellow means Yurakucho Line. But I do not know what white part means. Just decoration?
