Distribution Center of “Amazon Prime Now” beside Tokyu Oimachi Line Track

This photo was taken at the east of Oyamadai Station of Tokyu Oimachi Line.

Amazon started “Prime Now” service in Japan in 2015 November, about one year after the company started the service in New York. What you ordered will be delivered within two hours. One hour delivery option is 890 JPY (about 8 USD).

The building in this photo was the first distribution center of “Prime Now.” If you look at this photo closely, you will find Amazon advertisement and Amazon stickers on cars.

When the service started, this warehouse covered eight wards in Tokyo. It seems that the business is successful, because the service area is being expanded. Now the company should have “Prime Now” center like this here and there.
