Komazawa Water Station
There are two water tanks in this picture. You can not miss the huge cylinder with a pale blue dome on its top. But the other behind the apartment may be hard to notice.
These water tanks were built in 1923. Daily water supply does not depend on them any more, but they are still ready and will be used for emergency.
