Traffic Signal at Naka-no-hashi Crossing 3
The closer signal is red, and the farther signal is green. Traffic signals sometimes have louvers so that the green signal would not be caught in wrong area. But this one does not have such device.
I found a web page made by the General Insurance Association of Japan. It says that this crossing had the most accidents in Tokyo in 2011.
