Beside Track of Chuo Line near Ogikubo 3
The person at the lower left corner was walking into an entrance of Ring Road No.8 underpass. When I came here for the first time, it was getting dark and I could not find the entrance. I had to walk a few hundred meters to go to the other side of JR track that day. We only have a few paths across the railroad in this area.
