Covered Traffic Signal Where Ring Road No.8 and Shutoko No.4 Cross

Some work (probably repainting) was under way on the elevated road, Shutoko (metropolitan expressway) No.4. It seems that the cover hid the traffic signal near the right edge of this photo. The signal was de-activated and an alternative signal was located on the bottom of the elevated road.
