A 7000 series was stopping at the right edge of this photo. When I took the photo shown in “Toei 10-300 Series Train Leaving Keio Tsutsuji-ga-oka Station” two minutes before, the train was already there. Timetable shows that some local trains stop at Tsutsuji-ga-oka for seven minutes waiting express trains to pass.
