Bottom Half of Koshin-zaka and Tunnel under Tokyo Metro Koishikawa Depot 2

A person on a bike is shown at the bottom of the steps. This area has so many slopes that going there with a bike may be hard work. I went there on my Brompton this day. Since Koshin-zaka steps have slopes for bikes on the both side, I could go down the slope with my bike.
