Yasukuni-dori and Shinkansen E2 Series Train in 2015 April: 2
This photo was taken on the day when a fallen power line pylon stopped Yamanote and Keihin-tohoku. Passenger service was restarted one hour before I took this photo, but some trucks are captured on the bridge. My understanding is that at least one track was occupied by those trucks, and Yamanote and Keihin-tohoku were sharing tracks at this time.
