The panel says that railroad crossing’s name is “Shimo-shinmei No.2 Crossing.” It looks like the crossings between Shimo-shinmei and Togoshi-koen are called “Shimo-shinmei No.X Crossing,” even if the crossing is adjacent to Togoshi-koen.
