The last car has a pantograph. This kind of design is rather rare, because cars at the end of a train do not have motors ususally.
However, every car of a 10000 series has a motor, because the train is powered by linear motor system. Moreover, the designer did not want to put a pantograph at the middle of the train because the trains roof is very close to the tunnel wall. To make space for pantograph, the inside ceiling is required to be lower. It is better that the lower ceiling part is located at the end of a train than at the middle of a train.
