USAF C-130 in Yokota Friendship Festival 2014
This C-130 belongs to Yokota Air Base. It has the object over front window like MC-130P. According to the web, they are AN/AAR-54(V) Missile Warning System. Since old C-130s do not have them, it seems that the device was added recently.
