Another Road Made for Underground Waterway 3

The road made for the waterway between Kinuta-shimo Purification Plant and Komazawa Water Towers cross against two roads here. But the road that breaks the regularity may be the road under the expressway, not the road for the waterway. The expressway, Shutoko No.3 was completed in 1971, almost fifty years after the waterway was completed.
