Kasumi-ga-seki Tunnel and elevated expressway of Shutoko Inner Circular are connected here. Where the expressway’s surface is at the same level as the ground, a gate is located, but the slopes of the surfaces of the roads do not match. It does not look like for maintenance vehicles. Maybe it expects only maintenance persons.
