Police Car Telling Road Closure for Firworks Event

Tamagawa Fireworks event was held this day. The car was telling Tama-tsutsumi-dori was closed for the event.

 

The LED panel at the tail is not only display that the car has. It also has LED panel on its side, but it is hidden by grey cover.
