At the End of Meguro-dori

I took this photo on the north embankment of the Tama River.

 

This is the end of a road named Meguro-dori. There is a plan to build a new bridge across the Tama River, to extend the road to Kawasaki. The construction material along the road is not for the bridge. Work to widen the road was under way.
