Odakyu 1000 Series Train at the West of Yoyogi-hachiman Station

Since Odakyu trains come often, the railroad crossing is closed for long time. People are waiting in front of the gate. I have never seen cars in a long line. Traffic on this road is not so heavy. Maybe drivers avoid using it.
