Meiji-dori and Shutoko Central Circular Oji-minami Exit Construction Site

Oji-minami Exit of Shutoko (metropolitan expressway) Central Circular is being built here. The road under it (Meiji-dori) and the river under it (the Shakujii River) are also being altered. The work is taking long time. It was already under way in 2008. Shutoko Company says the work will finally finish in 2015.
