At first, I thought the destination of those tanks would be Hachioji. Japan Oil Terminal Co., Ltd. has a terminal near Hachioji Station. But, those green tanks are owned by Japan Oil Transportation Co., Ltd. and their destination seems to be Minami-matsumoto in Nagano Prefecture.
