Paper on “Pair Tree” in Utsukushi-ga-oka Park

This paper was on the trees shown in “Pair Tree Illumination in Utsukushi-ga-oka Park.” It says that the lights are LEDs that consumes small power, they will be turned on at 5:00pm and turned off at 10:00pm, from 2013 November 30 to 2014 January 13, and the Himalayan cedars are 23 meters tall.
