Above the bridge are pipes and a non-public road. According to the map, they connects two sites owned JFE Steel Corporation, so the company should be the owner. The white truss looks too big for a bridge for pipes. According to the web, a track of a freight line was located there. The freight line was terminated at the middle of 1980’s.
