Low Bridge of JR Musashino Line over To-hachi-doro

Beyond the fence at the lower right half of this photo is a underpass of a road called “To-hachi-doro.” Since the railroad ahead is elevated a little, the sidewalk does not change the height and continues through the low tunnel under the bridge.
