Shutoko No.3 and Nishi-azabu Overpass under It
Taken on Roppongi-dori. The elevated road above is Shutoko No.3, and the bridge under it is Nishi-azabu Overpass. Roppongi-dori crosses against Ring Road No.3 under the overpass. Since Ring Road No.3 is built along an old river in this area, the ground goes down toward the crossing. On the other hand, grade of the overpass is gentle.
A sign at the entrance of the overpass says that bikes are not allowed to enter the overpass. It seems that some cyclists went through the overpass to avoid going the slope down and up.
