Letters on the railroad bridge say the height limit under it is 3.8m. It is not enough for some tall vehicles. The road under the bridge slightly goes down to make room. The shape makes another problem: the road may become a small pool after heavy rain. There is a white line painted on the wall along the road. If the water is at the line, the depth is 1m.
