View at Observation Deck in Tokyu Square Musashi-kosugi

I see some cranes at the left side of the track. A new high-rise building was being built. Construciton of a new building, City Tower Musashi-kosugi, started there. The building at the left side of this photo is also a new high-rise apartment building, Park City Musashi-kosugi The Grand Wing Tower. It was completed in 2014 March.
