New Elevated Road under Construction near Yokohama-machida Interchange of Tomei Expressway

Tomei Expressway is connected to Route 16, and Route 246 exists a few hundred meters west from this spot. To solve traffic jam problem, a new elevated road is being constructed along Route 16. Where Route 16 crosses against Route 246, Route 246 has an overpass above Route 16. The new elevated road will be built over the overpass. When the construction work finishes, we may see interesting sight.
