At the North End of Uncompleted Section of Ring Road No.5
Tokyo’s Ring Road No.5 is Meiji-dori for the most part, but there are some exceptions. This photo was taken at one of exceptions. Ring Road No.5 bypasses the crowded part of Ikebukuro here. The bypass was just a plan for a long time, but the construction work started at the beginning of 2010’s. The work is scheduled to finish in 2019.
