Keio 9000 Series Train at the West of Chitose-karasuyama Station

The panel at the head says the train is out of service. A depot of Keio is located at Sakura-josui, which is 3km behind the train. The time table says that the train was on the way to Fuchu-keibajo-seimon-mae Station.
