Setagaya-dori in Noborito

At the northeast of this spot, the road crosses against the Tama River. The bridge is called Tama-suido-kyo. It means “Tama Water Supply Bridge.” As the name suggests, the bridge has a water pipe. The pipe in this photo may be connected to it.
