Shin-kawa-bashi

A pipe and fence exist at the center divider. A river flows under the part.

 

In Google Street View, the walkway on the pipe does not exist and the fence around the pipe is much smaller. It looks like the walkway was built recently, and the fence was enlarged so that no one would enter there.
