Rose Garden in Kinuta Park

The photo was taken in July. The humidity and the temperature of Japanese summer are not good for roses. So, rose flowers in most gardens are cut to keep the plants healthy in this season. Did those flowers have flowers during summer? Or were they cut after I took this photo? I do not know.
