Eyebrow fashion

Some, but not many, Tajik women wear this kind of eyebrow makeup although I did not see this anywhere else in Central Asia. Of note, the Tajiks are an Iranian rather than a Turkish or Turkish/Iranian people as in the rest of Central Asia. I wish I had more information available about this fashion and its cultural or historical significance.
