Cinching the Loops of the Bow - Third Part

I did a running stitch on the ends, then pulled it tight, and sewed it in place. This makes the bow loops pucker a bit and gives them more height and interest. This is a step from my 1940s-style hair bow fascinator tutorial found on my blog. See my profile for more info!
