Anna Maria Horner feathers for Jill!

Tutorial found at www.annamariahorner.com/Feather.Bed.Quilt.pdf. My first feather was a bit wonky and doesn't lie perfectly flat -- I think I probably stretched the fabric strips on the bias -- but the second turned out MUCH better. :)
