Garage sale haul
A garage sale with brand new cleaning supplies! Bleach was on my grocery list. Purchased three bottles for 1.00 each.
brush and dustpan 25C oh yeah. If you are like me too much time is wasted looking for where I set that dustpan down????
The sweetest apron at an estate sale. I will model it at some point $1.00
A tablecloth with embroidery and all it needs is a nice gentle soak. It is so lovely and only $2.00
A camera case that I can keep the battery charger in too! Another item I spend way too much time looking for when I need it.
A ceramic bunny that is already out in the garden bed. 1.00
A nice heavy long sturdy beach towel $2.00 (for when we get the boat fixed and out on the water again) I need 3 more of these and do not want to pay 11.00 to 20.00 for them. No it will not happen.
Clear bins. I needed one for my egg cup collections. It was a set of 4 for $2.00. I guess I get to keep growing my collection.
Inside on of those bins is an egg cut picked up from an antiques garage sale. I thought maybe there would be Pyrex but none there. Egg Cup 1.00
The baggy on top of the towel is filled with wooden spools of thread and it was $1.00. I always need thread and the spools are perfect for the garland I make.
Not pictured are 3 owl figurines, a Princess Pyrex casserole dish with an unmatching clear glass lid.
It was a relaxing morning chatting with folks at the sales, running into neighbors who were also garage saling, and then stopping for pizza and a coffee with my son. To top it off I purchased my 1st stocks now that I have been with the company I work for a year and I got new car insurance on the cars for a much better price.
My to do list is getting complete!
Now to buy the tickets to go to a family reunion this summer.
