Pointillistic Answer! It's A Curb And Crosswalk Area Marked Up By Surveyors!
Taken from my car at the stoplight at Lakewood and Hwy 60. The Surveyors were out, and they were marking cable, water, electric and who knows what else with flourescent paint on the sidewalk and those little flags of corresponding colors in the grass. I saw potential in this shot of something mundane. I am weird, and I'm good with that.
