Double Ground Pounder
Lightning Wallowa County Oregon 8-29-09. This photo and the previous one in the photo stream were took by manuvering my vehicle parallel to the storm. I had forgot the tripod, so I opened the passenger door on the vehicle and set the camera on the seat, and used my remote to snap the pictures. It was starting to rain at that time. Aperture was f/8, Exposure was 28 seconds, ISO was 400, focal length was 18 mm. Photo was rotated because the seat of the vehicle was not level. It was then cropped and cleaned up with Neat Image.
