Mouse primary hippocampal neuron at DIV7 expressing GFP reporter.

I made this 3D volume rendering with the Volume Viewer ImageJ plugin. It was constructed from a 50-slice Z-stack taken @ 10micron intervals with a Zeiss LSM510 at 100X mag in oil immersion.
