I cannot begin to understand what the bloke thought he was doing!

That bumper may be a Ford item that's far too short to have any hope of looking even acceptable, and those lamps ! he's clearly gone to a lot of trouble to get them fitted but they're A too modern, B too big and C overhanging the sides..

Not even sure what they came off..
