I think you should guess what this is. I don't have a macro lens, so this was a matter of turning the lens around and holding it in place, while holding the aperture open. I found that Sticky Tack works great for this and allowed me to do a longer exposure without shaking the lens all over the place. By the way, I didn't totally trust Sticky Tack to hold the lens firmly, so I kept my hand near in case it loosened and wanted to fall onto the floor (it did come loose a few times, so if you try this, be careful).
