Shadow and light.
As I sat on the sofa the other day, in the late afternoon, I noticed the light coming in was creating a great effect of shadows on my radio and surrounding items. I thought: Wow, this would be a great shot for black and white. So, I grabbed the camera and shot it. There was a slight breeze and it created dancing shadows from the bush outside our door. The effects really draw the eye to the center of the image, the radio, but the surrounding items like the '39 World's Fair piece to left, and the Boston terrier ashtray, along with the 40s porcelain Parakeet, along with the deco bottle with pipe cleaners in it all seem in the shadows, yet somewhat silhouetted by the light reflecting on the walls.
