ARTISAN BREAD

Made in stainless steel pot with heavy bottom...using domed pyrex lid with foil for tight seal...first use of new oven...:)

 

This is the step by step recipe...illustrated...that I tried...it was very soupy and I had to add some flour...but it was good...:)
