Lotus is now run by IBM, and their Symphony suite is a Java attempt to get into the free office software market. It's slow as hell because it runs on a virtual machine, but it works okay.
At first glance this looks okay, but then you notice that the textbox has somehow made its way into the same line as "Position Applied For" - between the words! Close, but no cigar.
