Walking a prisoner into the jail.

Sad story- caught this guy in an empty mobile home, sleeping on the tile floor-no mattress-just a thin blanket, and all this in the cold January. His 2 friends were in the front room, cooking tortillas on a skillet and a can of Sterno for fire. And they keep coming to wonderful America just to have this as a life! You gotta feel for'em.
