Mediterranean Sunset

There is nothing in the world like the Mediterranean Sunset. Period. And trust me - I did not increase the saturation, just a touch of contrast.

From the trip in May. The evenings were cold cold cold!

 

Now check this out - you know my spelling skills, so I typed "Mediterranean Sunset" in Google search bar and found this delicious recipe from the Coctail Time:

 

Mediterranean Sunset

 

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Remy Martin V.S.O.P

- 1 orange or splash of orange juice

- 1 tsp raw sugar

- cinnamon

- sugar

Garnish: orange twist

 

Muddle 3 slices of orange with 1 teaspoon of sugar in the raw, add Cognac and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a martini glass that has been rimmed with an equal mixture of superfine sugar and cinnamon. Garnish with an orange twist. (Cocktail created by: Alex Ott)
