My second Artifact puzzle was quite possibly my favorite, this colorful if gory scene from 16th century India. I love the trapezoidal shapes of the pieces and the way they fit together, as well as the irregular edge, which made the puzzle more surprising, and complete lack of any figurals. I would love to see this same type of cut on a larger puzzle, perhaps featuring another miniature. The pieces in this puzzle were smaller than in any of the others, which I probably prefer to the larger pieces found in the split-tendril puzzles.
