Skytop on Short Line Hill

Skytop Cedar Rapids brings up the rear of Amtrak's Empire Builder as the Friends of the 261 cars head to Chicago with the "Windy City Express" shot from the Smith Avenue High Bridge in St. Paul. Of course the Cedar Rapids traveled these rails countless times when it brought up the rear of the Milwaukee Road's Morning and Afternoon Hiawathas between 1948 and 1970.
